For more than four decades, Konditor Meister has been Boston’s premier destination for luxury European cakes and pastries. What began as one man’s passion for baking has grown into an award-winning bakery that serves couples, families, and businesses across Massachusetts and New England. Founded by Günther Mosinger, a master pastry chef trained in Germany, the bakery embodies Old World craftsmanship blended with modern elegance. Every cake and dessert is a work of art, made with meticulous attention to detail.

Meet Günther Mosinger –
The Konditor Meister

The word ‘Konditor Meister’ translates to ‘Master Pastry Chef’ in German, and Günther Mosinger embodies that title. His career began in Germany, where he honed his craft in world-class hotels and patisseries before moving on to the Ritz Carlton. In Boston, he saw an opportunity to share his vision for elegant European cakes, leading him to establish Konditor Meister. Today, he leads a team of more than 70 artisans, each trained in his philosophy: it’s all in the details.
